1. What is your return policy? We have a 14-day return policy. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. How do I initiate a return? To start a return, contact us at contact@aimiliuz.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending back your item. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Can I return sale items or gift cards? Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

4. What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item? Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@aimiliuz.com, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

5. Are there items that cannot be returned? Yes, certain items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions about your specific item, please contact us.

6. Can I exchange an item? The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (following our return process). Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

7. What is the European Union 14-day cooling-off period? For items shipped to the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the same return eligibility requirements: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

8. When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, contact us at contact@aimiliuz.com.
